BLACK G

Black G is a concentrated liquid for producing
oxidized color tones on Galvanized Zinc & Zinc Dicasts at room temperature.
Black G is used primarily for decorative purposes to produce black finishes.

Color Formation:
Color formation depends upon the time of Immersion and concentration of solution. For a dark black finish, the Immersion time should be 1-2 minutes depending on the desired color.
Surface Preparation:
- Parts should be free of grease, alkalinity or
acidity when Immersed in Black G solution.

- Clean the part with Cleaner 104.
|
- Spray, brush, or dip in Black G for 10 seconds.
|
- It is recommended that a clear water base lacquer (e.g. WSL-55) be applied to the coating to provide maximum life.

CAUTION:
Black G is a mildly acidic solution. Avoid contact with
the skin or eyes. Protective clothing, gloves, and a face shield should
be worn when operating. In case of contact, flush skin or eyes with
plenty water. For eyes, call a physician. Black G liquid is poisonous.
